Welcome to FR33ROLL. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.fr33roll.com (the "Site") and any related services, dashboards, applications, or communications provided by FR33ROLL ("FR33ROLL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, applying as a Creator, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About FR33ROLL

FR33ROLL is a performance-based creator marketing platform that connects brands with content creators. Brands set campaign goals, creators produce content, and payouts are released based on tracked, attributed performance results such as leads, conversions, sales, or revenue generated by that content.

2. Eligibility

To use FR33ROLL as a Creator or Brand, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
  2. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  3. Provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying or registering; and
  4. Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Site and any campaigns you participate in.

FR33ROLL reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access for any applicant or user who does not meet these requirements.

3. Creator Applications and Accounts

  1. Submitting an application (including your name, email, and phone number) does not guarantee acceptance onto the platform or into any specific campaign.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  3. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
  4. FR33ROLL may review Creator fit, content quality, audience engagement, and attribution readiness before approving participation in a campaign, at our sole discretion.

4. Campaigns and Performance-Based Payouts

  1. Brands post campaigns with defined goals, deliverables, and payout terms.
  2. Payouts are contingent on attributed results (such as qualified clicks, leads, conversions, sales, or revenue) as tracked through the FR33ROLL dashboard, in accordance with the specific terms of each campaign.
  3. Attribution methods, tracking windows, and payout thresholds may vary by campaign and will be disclosed to Creators prior to participation.
  4. FR33ROLL is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party tracking data outside of our reasonable control, though we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure tracking integrity.
  5. Payouts will be processed according to the schedule and method specified for each campaign. FR33ROLL reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts in cases of suspected fraud, fake engagement, bot traffic, or violation of these Terms.

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

  1. Creators retain ownership of the content they produce, subject to the specific usage rights granted to a Brand as part of an individual campaign agreement.
  2. Usage rights (e.g., duration, platforms, whitelisting, paid amplification) will be clearly stated in the applicable campaign terms before work begins.
  3. Creators represent and warrant that content submitted through FR33ROLL is original, does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, and complies with the terms of service of the platforms on which it is published.
  4. The FR33ROLL name, logo, platform design, and underlying technology are the property of FR33ROLL and may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Brand Obligations

Brands using FR33ROLL agree to:

  1. Provide accurate campaign goals, payout structures, and attribution criteria;
  2. Pay Creators promptly for verified, attributed performance in accordance with campaign terms; and
  3. Not request content, endorsements, or claims from Creators that are false, misleading, or violate applicable advertising or disclosure laws (including FTC endorsement guidelines, where applicable).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  1. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, engagement, or performance data;
  2. Use bots, click farms, or other artificial means to inflate campaign performance;
  3. Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  4. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its underlying systems;
  5. Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

8. Fees

FR33ROLL may charge Brands platform or service fees in connection with campaigns, as disclosed at the time of campaign setup. Any fees applicable to Creators, if any, will be clearly disclosed prior to participation.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FR33ROLL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site, campaign performance outcomes, or earnings potential. Past creator earnings or campaign results (including any figures shown on the Site) are illustrative and not a guarantee of future results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FR33ROLL and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or participation in any campaign, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FR33ROLL and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

FR33ROLL may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any campaign at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, brands, or FR33ROLL, or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the united states, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
